CAE-1685 Exposed CAD surface groups in Envision for Web |web|
==============================================================

The CAD surface groups introduced for Desktop in Envision 6.1 are now accessible from the Web client via the UgServer.
The new ``ug.QuerySurfaceGroup`` remote query is the entry point: use ``executeAvailableCadSurfaceIdsQuery()``
to enumerate the CAD surface ids present in the model, and ``executeTriangulationQuery(cadSurfaceId, ...)``
to retrieve the triangulated geometry (deduplicated vertices plus triangle indices) of a given surface
group. The returned mesh can be used to highlight the surface in the markup model or for any custom
visualization.

CAE-1741 Add multiline state description to the Ideas (UNV) reader |web| |desktop|
===================================================================================

A small change that exposes the entirety of the multiline subtitle attribute and joins it as the state label in the Ideas (UNV) reader.
This allows for a more complete description of the state to be displayed in the UI (for example time increments, etc.).

CAE-696 ElementHighlighter: Added batch multi-element highlighting |desktop|
============================================================================

The ElementHighlighter now supports batch highlighting of multiple elements at once, improving performance and
usability when dealing with large sets of elements.

New functions:

- ``addElementHighlight(const std::vector<HitItem>& items, const Color3f& surfaceColor, const Color3f& lineColor)``
  Highlights the elements referenced by a list of hit items, drawing filled surfaces in surfaceColor and element edges
  in lineColor. All items are merged into shared parts instead of creating separate parts per item, improving
  performance for multi-element selections.
- ``addElementHighlight(const std::vector<int>& elementSetIds, const Color3f& surfaceColor, const Color3f& lineColor)``
  Highlights all elements belonging to the given element set IDs, using the same combined-part approach for surfaces
  (surfaceColor) and edges (lineColor) so an entire set (or multiple sets) can be highlighted efficiently in one call.

CAE-1739 Improved Design Mode appearance for WPF example applications |desktop|
===============================================================================

Improved the design mode appearance for WPF example applications by adding a more robust design mode implementation.
This will prevent false asserts in design mode and improve the overall design mode experience for WPF applications.
