This fixes an issue with missing headers when using CMake install.

CSAM-1329 - Report the exact number of nodes while reading STL

This fix avoids merging close nodes by default when reading stl files. It is up to the user to clean the geometry if needed.

CSAM-1318 - NASLib using a tolerance when comparing real-valued entries in the IDENT blocks.

Fix in NASLib: using a tolerance when comparing real-valued entries in the IDENT blocks to determine Id2 numeric in datasets.

CSAM-1317 - Wrong CSYS ID returned for CBUSH1D and CBUSH1DNL elements from Nastran op2 file

This finalizes the fix of element coordinate system assignation to CBUSH1D elements. Extension to CBUSH1DNL elements.

CSAM-1315 - Fix error with node master entities when reading Ansys input files

Nodes cannot be set as master entities in ANSFil CPair containers.

CSAM-1311 - Wrong layer results with MarcLib

Bottom, middle and top layer results are correctly read in MarcLib.

CSAM-1316 - Support Ansys friction coefficient for contact

Isotropic and orthotropic contact friction coefficients are supported in Ansys input files (Read and write options are covered).

CSAM-1312 - Manage h5dpf files in DPFLib

The Ansys DPF interface now handles h5dpf files as well as Ansys Mechanical result files (.rst and .rth files).

CSAM-1157 - NASFil support cyclic symmetry in import and export

Add support for CYCADD and CYCSET in import and export for NX-Nastran import format

CSAM-1152 - Support for Cyclic symmetry in ABAFil and ABAFwt

Support cyclic symmetry surface definition using kewords TIE, CYCLIC in ABAFil and ABAFwt Support CYCLIC SYMMETRY MODEL keyword to define the number of sectors and the axis of symmetry for a cyclic symmetric structure.
