Welcome to the HOOPS Visualize / HOOPS Luminate Bridge Quickstart guide! In order to get started on your product, this page will provide a starting point to navigate the docs and start your journey with the bridge demo.

Documentation Navigation

In order to use the bridge products for HOOPS Luminate and either HV 3DF or HV HPS, you must first begin by setting up your license.

In order to know where to start for introductions to the product, you must navigate to the appropriate Bridge Documentation section. The Documentation is separated into 2 main sections on the menu to the left and this depends on which HOOPS Visualize API you use; 3DF or HPS.

For HV 3DF:

For 3DF, the HOOPS 3DF & HOOPS Luminate Bridge Introduction provides basic information on the Bridge, and its use cases.

Within the HV 3DF Documentation, you will find several sections:

  • 3DF User Interface: Gives a breakdown of different functionalities to the User Interface of the Bridge, such as icons and their functions, as well as different widget descriptions and images.

  • 3DF Bridge Demo Projects: Provides a description of the different demo projects available in the Bridge, including list of different functions, calls, and widgets, along with their definitions and abilities.

  • 3DF Use Cases: Offers the different use cases of the Bridge integration, and gives comparison information between Default Use Cases and Advanced Use Cases.

For HV HPS:

For HPS, the HOOPS HPS & HOOPS Luminate Bridge Introduction provides basic information on the Bridge, and its use cases.

Within the HV HPS Documentation, you will find several sections:

  • HPS User interface: Gives a breakdown of different functionalities to the User Interface of the bridge, such as icons and their functions, as well as different widget descriptions and images.
