From SpinFire Manage 7.5.0 and higher, SpinFire Manage is configured to use the OpenGL2 graphic driver for converting CAD files to ACT3D.
If these actions are producing errors this may be due to your system not being able to use the OpenGL2 graphic driver and may require you to switch to using the OpenGL graphic driver instead.
On the server that contains the SpinFire Manage Pipeline Host Service, navigate to the C:Program FilesActifyCentroPipelineHostServiceConfiguration folder.
Edit the appSettings.config file.
For the ACT3DGraphicsDriver key, change the value from OpenGL2 to OpenGL.
Save the file.
Restart the service.
