SpinFire Manage Logs

For reporting issues to Tech Soft 3D Helpdesk we may need the following logs for any investigations. We would recommend making a zip of the whole “logs” folder and ensuring it contains all of the following:
Default Location: C:ProgramDataActifySpinFire ManageLogs

WebApp Logs

  • Configuration Folder

  • SpinFire ManageWebApp.svclog

  • SpinFire ManageWebApp00.log

Pipeline Host Logs

  • Configuration Folder

  • PipelineHostService.svclog

  • PipelineHostService00.log or/and PipelineHostService01.log

  • quartz-scheduler00.log or/and quartz-scheduler01.log

  • XKit00.log or/and XKit01.log

Pipeline Manager Logs

  • Configuration Folder

  • PipelineManagerService.svclog

  • PipelineManagerService00.log

For SpinFire Manage 7.12.0 Release and later

SpinFire Manage stores all log files to one, centralized, location. The default value is the C:\ProgramData\Actify\Centro7\Logs folder.

This includes WebApp Log, Pipeline Host Logs, and Pipeline Manager Logs.
