Catalog Part Links

Add hyperlinks to a Catalog Part to communicate additional information related to the part to other members of your team. Links within Centro, external Internet links or internal Intranet links can be used.

Links further collaboration of ideas, thoughts, and information.

Create a Link

To create a Catalog Part link

1.  Click Add a new link.

   

2. Enter a name.

3. Select Link as the type.

4. Enter a valid URL.

5. Select the link behavior

6. Click OK.

   

Edit a Link

To edit a Catalog Part link

1. Click on the Edit button.

   

2. Edit the needed field(s).

3. Click Save Changes.

   

Remove a Link

To remove a Catalog Part link

1.  Click the delete icon.

   

2. Click Yes to confirm the removal.

   

View Version History

To View Link Version History

1.  Click on the Show Previous versions button.

   

2. View the list of history.
