Replace Resource

If your organization does not utilize the SpinFire Manage Control features, one must use the Replace Resource if you have a new version of any given resource.

To replace a resource

  1. Find the resource to replace.

  2. Click the resource menu.

  3. Select Replace Resource.

  4. Browse for the replacement file.

  5. Click Replace resource.

Notes

  • This will update the version number in the resource panel.

  • An activity is recorded on the Activity tab as an “update.

  • History of the resource is not kept.

  • Previous versions of the resource are not available to view or download.
