If you are experiencing problems with using SpinFire Ultimate it may become necessary to uninstall and re-install the application to resolve or identify the issue. You will need Administrator rights on your Windows machine to do this.
Start Menu > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features
Highlight “Actify SpinFire Ultimate” and then click “Uninstall” at the top, then proceed to uninstall the application.
After uninstalling SpinFire Ultimate, you will need to manully delete the following folders/files if they exist:
C:\ProgramData\Actify\SpinFire11
C:\Users\user_name_here\AppData\Local\Actify\SpinFire11 - (Please Note that your user specified settings and customised Materials list are saved here)
With SpinFire now uninstalled and its folders deleted manually, you may now follow the instructions the this page to install SpinFire again. Right click the executable and use “Run as administrator” to ensure the installation is done correctly.

If you have a version prior to 4.6.2 installed we would recommend trying to install the latest 4.7.1 as it has been known to resolve any sudden corruptions of the .NET’s currently installed.
