SpinFire Ultimate 11.3.2 Release Notes

Overview

SpinFire Ultimate 11.3.2 fixes the .NET 4.6.2 issues preventing SpinFire Ultimate from opening files.

Bug Fix

  • On August 2, 2016, Microsoft released .NET 4.6.2 which broke many applications including SpinFire Ultimate. This update was included in the Windows 10 Anniversary update.
    This issue prevented SpinFire Ultimate from opening files. Actify has created the 11.3.2 release to code around this issue.

Upgrading from 11.3.0 or 11.3.1 to 11.3.2

To upgrade SpinFire Ultimate from 11.3.0 or 11.3.1 to 11.3.2:

  1. Launch and run the SpinFire.x64.msi (or the SpinFire.x64.exe) and follow the installation wizard instructions.

    or

  2. Select Check for Updates from the Help menu if you have an Internet connection and are upgrading form 11.1 or greater.
