Overview
SpinFire Ultimate 11.0.1 is a minor update to the 11.0.0 release. It contains primarily an update to the 3D importers and a few bug fixes.
Improvements and Bug Fixes
NENTITY.IGS file can’t be opened
Units and Decimal Places options aren’t available for Volume, Surface Area and Center of Mass
Remove version from Desktop shortcut
Not getting “Actify, Inc.” in Publisher column
Remove Start Menu folder during uninstall
Settings.config is not removed during uninstall
The license.al file needs to be copied locally when using the Activate Floating License button
SpinFire.x64.msi Command Line doesn’t apply INSTALLDIR
Update SF11 License Manager Server Installations to Support CMD Line Directory Arguments
Load Only Assembly Tree should open with expanded assembly tree.
Solidworks assembly does not show any geometry in SFXI but does in SF10.x
Installation
SpinFire Ultimate 11.1 can be installed side-by-side with previous versions of SpinFire, such as the 10.x release.
Upgrading from 11.0.0 to 11.0.1
There are two ways to upgrade SpinFire Ultimate from 11.0.0 to 11.0.1.
Launch and run the SpinFire.x64.msi (or the SpinFire.x64.exe) and follow the installation wizard instructions.
Select Help > Check for Updates from within the SpinFire Ultimate application. Note: Save any unfinished work before starting an update.
