Comments

If Users have created a collaboration session which has had comments added to it during a review, you will be able to see those sessions here with the ability to download the comments as pdf. The comments can be expanded by clicking on the item in the table presented to the user in the following form:

Field	Description
Session Name	This is the name given to the session at the time of creation, it will be in the form of {Name}_{DDMMYYYY}
Author	The name of the user who created thecomment
Author’s User Email	TheEmail address of the user who created thecomment
Model Name	Name of the model associated with the comment
Component Instance ID	The ID of the component instance related to the comment
Experience Name	Name of the Experience file
Experience Data
Type	Type of comment (Image, Text, Video)
File Extension	File extension of the comment (.png etc)
Text	Associated text
File Size	Size of the file
Created Date	Date the file was created
Download	Download the file
