Viewing Logs

An Administrator will use this page rarely and is mainly for reporting purposes. The page will show the following details to the user. In order for any of these features to be used, the item needs to be selected first.

View TPM Diagnostic Log

  • Allows the user to review the full, detailed processing log of the processed data.

  • Can be copied and sent to Theorem Support if there are data processing issues.

View TPM Screen Log

  • Allows the user to review the scree output log of the processed data (if log is available dependent on data processed).

  • Can be copied and sent to Theorem Support if there are data processing issues.

View TPM Job Status

  • View the Status of the current job

  • Job Running

  • Job Completed Successfully

  • Job Completed with Errors
