Notes
This opcode allows the user to associate user-defined keys (positive signed longs) with geometric items and segments so that they may be referenced directly with a value meaningful to the application. A local key value is interpreted relative to the current context (open segment).
Note: 3dGS keys are the same size as a pointer (8 bytes on some systems), HSF restricts them to 4-byte values.
