RNET_DISPATCHER_ID: Identifier for the REDnet \ref bk_rednet_dispatcher (reserved).

RNET_DISPATCHER_CONNECTION_ID: Identifier for the REDnet \ref bk_rednet_dispatcher connection.

RNET_INVALID_CONNECTION_ID: Identifier for an invalid connection. In fact, a connection ID can only be positive or null. Any negative number can be considered as invalid.
